The PTIE - "Environmental Innovation Technological Programme"

Cd2e coordinates the Environmental Innovation Technological Programme ("Programme Technologique Innovation Environnement") in Nord-Pas de Calais

The environmental sector was prioritised, and an Environmental Innovation Technological Programme was implemented with an aim to increase the number of innovative projects and new innovative businesses, as well as to improve their success-rate.

Cd2e – "Création Développement Eco-Entreprises" (Creation and Development of Eco-Businesses) was selected as the key structure responsible for coordinating and implementing this programme over a two-year period (2004-2005). This programme is financed by the State (DRIRE - Regional Office for Industry, Research and Environment, ANVAR - the French Agency for Innovation) and the Nord-Pas de Calais Region.

Cd2e is coordinating this programme with the following main missions:
  to represent the interface between research establishments, resource centres, transfer and technical assistance organisations, businesses and eco-businesses 
  to ensure the organisation, coordination and structuring of the environmental sector
  to favour the emergence of group operations between companies and laboratories
  to launch calls for projects.
